The educational and programs lead to BSc, MSc and PhD degrees in nutrition and food science and technology.
Goals
The aim of nutrition program is to enhance the quality of human life by educating under and post graduate students for professional nutrition practices. The program provides the general and professional education essential to understand human beings, their culture and their environment. For applying and acquiring theories upon which nutrition practice is based; and promising self-understanding, personal fulfillment, and motivation for continued learning.

To supervise the establishing of NNFTRI research policies
To enhance research-related skills of the researchers
To expand laboratories trials and field study facilities
To cooperate in determining goals, strategies and national food nutrition programs
To extend the NNFTRI communication with Iranian and foreign research and administrative organizations
To provide appropriate condition for putting research outcomes into practice
To introduce NNFTRI to the public
To recognized talented researchers and to persuade them and offer suitable condition for using their abilities
To provide related statistics and reports of research activities of NNFTRI to high council and related organizations
To provide the national document of the infrastructure development of food and nutrition security.

The Students and Cultural Affairs Office is one of the most active sections in the university which determines the policies, planning, performing and observations on giving welfare services to students and also planning for facilitating the training and learning affairs, performing the different activities of the students by using the facilities available in different sections.
