The Research lines and priorities of the SBMU National Nutrition and Food Technology Research Institute (NNFTRI) are as follows:

  5. Safe and high-quality foodstuff in the household and food industry; as well as reducing the amount of raw materials wastes;
  6. Safe and high-quality refined foodstuff using up-to-date techniques in enhancing efficiency in foodstuff chain;
